I have used Montrose Conveyancing 3 times in the past 18 months: Firstly to sell a house, then to go through a couple of mis-steps before finally landing the new home we wanted. The service and advice that Katie provided was timely and excellent, and stopped me from making a couple of bad decisions before settling on the right property.
