We have created some examples to show how much you could be spending on the conveyancing process. Our Fees are not charged at an hourly rate. Disbursements are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

 

The National Average timescale from instruction through to completion is 2 to 3 months. We will get your transaction to completion as quickly and efficiently as possible. The process can often take longer if you're part of a chain of buyers and sellers. We will keep you updated throughout the transaction and inform you of any possible delays.
